momentum is not interested in taking your money and watching you try to figure it out on your own. We’re genuinely interested in helping you succeed. Getting started correctly is the most important part of making that happen… Interested?
Step 1: Come to a Free Intro Session and Workout
Every Saturday at 10AM we will be hosting a free intro session to give you a chance to get to know us and for us to get to know you. We’ll cover the basics of who we are and what we do. You’ll be able to ask any questions you like about CrossFit, momentum, our program and our policies. We’ll wrap things up with a free intro workout in which you’ll get to experience the small-group coaching atmosphere and a sampling of a typical momentum workout (don’t worry, we guarantee it’s something you can do!).
Step 2: Join the Ramp-up Program
The ramp-up program is designed to introduce you to the movements and methods that make up the core of momentum’s training. We’ll run through several scaled versions of the exercises and workouts, and we’ll discuss the key principles that make the program so effective. The ramp-up sessions are held
- Mornings: 5:30AM Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri
- Evenings: 7:30PM Sun, 5:30PM Mon, Wed, Fri
Pick either the morning or evening ramp-up group, and you’ll get started the first session following your intro. The program is designed to last 3 weeks (12 sessions). At the end of the ramp-up program, you will be ready to join the group workouts as a momentum athlete!
Step 3: Join the momentum Team
You’re armed with the basic tools and have had a taste of what we’re about, now you’re ready to see what you’re made of. With workouts scaled to your ability and designed to increase your capacity, you’ll be off to and running (both figuratively and literally) and on your way to new levels of fitness.
