This is not about collecting fees. We want momentum athletes to make a conscious investment in their future fitness level, and expect them to vigorously pursue the maximum possible return.

Intro Session and Workout (Saturdays at 10AM): FREE
Ramp-up Program: $100.-
Athlete Investment:
Unlimited Sessions : $100.-/mo ($85/mo if paid annually… a $180 savings!)
3-sessions/week: $90.-/mo
Punch Card: $200.-/20 sessions (*see below)
It is our passion to help every individual reach not only their goals, but their potential… and for most of us, the latter is greater than the former. In order to do so, we have tried to set up our schedule to accommodate those committed to earning real results by offering times that will allow for 5 to 6 sessions per week. We strongly believe that in order to begin to experience the effects of following the CrossFit regimen, every athlete should attend a minimum of 3 sessions per week. Understanding that some of us have schedules/conflicts/etc that dictate less regular participation, the punch card option provides a way to customize your investment to your availability.
*Note on the punch card: In the interest of encouraging the 3 sessions/week participation from every athlete, we will be offering a “1/2-punch” for the 3rd session (and 4th, 5th, etc.) attended within a week period (defined as Sunday to Saturday). So, say you’re a punch card person… come in Monday: 1 punch, Wednesday: 1 punch, Friday: 1/2 punch. Then that remaining 1/2-punch would be there for you to cash in on your next 3rd-session-of-the-week visit.
